2024 VHEAP UnConference at UVA – Register Now!
Tuesday, April 30th, from 11:30am – 12:30pm, VHEAP will host a Lunch & Learn session featuring AT and Accessibility Specialists from the Loudoun County and Fairfax County Public School Systems. The speakers will discuss how assistive technology supports and services are handled at the K-12 level.
Friday, May 31, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, The VHEAP UnConference
Mirroring the popular Edcamp style of professional development, an UnConference is a lightly organized, peer-led, participant-driven event in which attendees propose and facilitate sessions. In other words, you decide what we discuss! Focusing on programmatic, physical, and digital accessibility in higher education, this UnConference will involve free-flowing discussions, not presentations of one person’s work or point of view. All are welcome to attend and share their expertise.
